Why are these posters amazing?
This set of 10 handy posters (A3 size) shows 16 very commonly-eaten food and drink items (such as bread, spaghetti, rice, fries, cola and orange juice), with up to 3 portion sizes for each food.
The carbs, calories and fat values are clearly shown for each portion, together with the “blood glucose icons” – a visual way of representing the carbs in each portion (1 icon = 5g carbs).
