Thumbnails provide a very easy comparison of up to 6 portions of each food. The larger photo displays the amount of carbs and calories in that photo (as well as the portion weight for reference).

You can also "flick" left and right to see the other portions.

For foods that you are likely to eat several of (eg biscuits, slices of pizza, etc), you are presented with a wheel to enter the amount of those items you are consuming. iPhone showing photo of food item, carbohydrate and calorie values and portion weight. You can save a Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 3 Snacks per day. All meals are saved into the built-in calendar to keep a record of your past meals. The App can work in Online Mode where images are individually downloaded from the internet as you view each food or drink item. This saves disk space on your iPhone / iPod Touch, but requires internet access.

For people with no internet access (eg iPod Touch users), there is an option to Download All Images (wifi recommended for this procedure) meaning you have all the images stored on your iPhone / iPod Touch for use when you are out and about (eg in a restaurant) with no internet access.
